The Victoria wine region is located in the southeast of Australia, with its vineyards spread across a patchwork of landscapes from the Yarra Valley near Melbourne to the rugged Grampians and sun-soaked Murray River. This compact state boasts 21 distinct wine regions, each shaped by unique climates and terrains – from cool coastal breezes to warm inland plains – making it one of Australia’s most diverse wine-growing areas.
